BAKED ZUCCHINI SQUASH 
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 paste can of water
1/2 paste can of cooking oil
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 lbs. zucchini, sliced
1 lb. Mozzarella, sliced

Mix tomato paste with all ingredients except squash and cheese. Place layer of squash in large greased casserole cover with tomato mixture. Top with slices of cheese. Repeat layers using all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
