BAKED ZUCCHINI SQUASH 
4 lb. zucchini
1 lb. sausage
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. rosemary
1 c. onions, chopped
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
4 eggs, beaten

Boil squash until tender; drain and mash; set aside. Brown sausage and add onion, simmer until onions are tender and drain off grease. Add sausage and onions to squash and mix in all other ingredients. Bake in a buttered baking dish 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
