CARAMEL CORN 
3 qt. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Boil brown sugar, butter, honey and salt for 4 minutes, stirring all the while. Remove from heat, add baking soda. Stir well into popped corn. Spread on cookie sheet. Place in 200 degree oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. As corn cools, stir to separate kernels.
