CARAMEL CORN 
6 qts. popped corn
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. raw honey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, stir in sugar, salt, honey and vanilla. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring 5 minutes. Gradually pour over popped corn. Turn into 2 shallow baking pans sprayed with Pam. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
