IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar or processed American cheese
Oregano
Garlic salt

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.

Layer milk mixture and beef mixture, starting with milk into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes, remove from oven. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with oregano and garlic salt to taste. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5-8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. 6-8 servings.
