1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
1 c. shredded cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie pan. Brown ground beef and onions. Stir in salt and pepper. Blend milk, baking mix, and egg until smooth. Combine all ingredients and bake 30 minutes.
