1 c. peanut butter
1 1/3 sticks butter
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Mix first 4 ingredients (easiest with hands) and press into 9"x13" pan. Melt chocolate chips and Eagle Brand milk over low heat. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate.
