1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. peanuts
1 (16 oz.) sm. marshmallows

In a double boiler melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Stir in peanut butter. Mix in peanuts and marshmallows. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan and chill; cut into bars.
