ENCHILADAS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
15 corn shells
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2-3 c. cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onion flakes
3 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 can beef consomme
1-2 tbsp. chili powder

Brown hamburger; drain and add taco seasoning. Set aside. Melt butter on medium heat. Add onion flakes and flour; stir to paste, then stir in tomato soup, beef consomme and tomato sauce with gravy whip. Add chili powder and set aside.

Heat oil on medium heat. Soften corn shells and fill with hamburger mix and cheese. Put enchilada sauce mix in 9x13 pan and lay enchiladas in pan. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
