FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 envelope Knox gelatin dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water
1 c. frozen strawberries (drained)
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice

Heat 1 cup liquid - including juice from strawberries and pineapple. Add sugar and dissolved gelatin. Cool awhile. Add fruit and lemon juice and partially freeze. Put mayonnaise in whipped cream. Mix in with fruit mixture.

Freeze in 3 1/2 ounce plastic cups. Makes about 18.
