BISCUITS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. skim milk

Mix flour and baking powder in bowl. Combine oil and milk; pour all at once into dry ingredients. Stir until mixture clings together and forms a ball. Knead on waxed paper 18-20 times without using additional flour. Gently pat or roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with 2 inch round cutter and place close together with edges together on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Variation:

Herb Seasoned Biscuits: Add one or more of the following to flour mixture 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 2 teaspoons parsley flakes, 2 teaspoons dillweed and 1/2 teaspoon sage.

Drop Biscuits: Add 2 additional tablespoons skim milk and stir dough until well mixed. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
