PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE
KOLACHLCY
 
1/2 lb. butter
2 sm. pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
3 tbsp. sugar (level)
3 egg yolks (no whites) slightly beaten
2 tsp. baking powder (level)
1 3/4 c. flour

Mix all together. Put on floured board and pat out to about 1/4 inch thickness. Then take a small glass and cut into rounds. Use teaspoon to make small indentation in center of each. Put filling in center ie: dry cooked prunes or apricots or jelly. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 4 dozen.
