PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE TORTE | |
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar (you may add more if you like it sweeter) Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and sugar; mix well. Pour into graham cracker crusts - 4 (8 inch) or 2 (9 inch) crusts. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Crust will crack slightly and be a light shade of brown; cool. TOPPING: 2 pts. sour cream 3/4 c. sugar (more if you want it sweeter) 2 tsp. vanilla Mix together and pour over cooled cheese cake and bake 8 minutes at 425 degrees. Cool and eat! Our family favorite. |
