PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE TORTE 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar (you may add more if you like it sweeter)

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and sugar; mix well. Pour into graham cracker crusts - 4 (8 inch) or 2 (9 inch) crusts. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Crust will crack slightly and be a light shade of brown; cool.

TOPPING:

2 pts. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar (more if you want it sweeter)
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and pour over cooled cheese cake and bake 8 minutes at 425 degrees. Cool and eat! Our family favorite.

I have a recipe from my mother in law which is similar to your cheese torte with the exception of she used X8 eggs and insisted it was not to be refrigerated. Recommendations for storage for leftovers?
