CREAM CHEESE TORTE 
10 double (whole) graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling (chilled) or fruit filling of your choice)

Mix first 3 ingredients together and press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs well (with mixer) and spread over crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

NOTE: If edges of crust are getting too brown they can be covered with foil until center is done. After torte base has cooled - top with pie filling and chill.
