PORK CHOP SKILLET MEAL 
4 pork chops (1" thick)
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
1/4 c. uncooked rice
3 c. stewed tomatoes
1 c. celery, diced

Brown chops in an ungreased skillet until brown on both sides. Add chopped onion, green pepper, celery and rice. Pour tomatoes around meat and vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Place cover on skillet and simmer for 1 hour. Serves 4.
