PORK CHOP SKILLET 
4 pork chops, trimmed
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. liquid seasoning
4 med. yams, pare, 1/4 inch slices
2 med. tart apples, quartered
1/2 c. apple juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Combine honey and liquid seasoning in large skillet on low heat. Place meat in skillet and turn to coat. Raise to medium heat and brown. Remove from heat, add yams and apples. Top with chops. Pour on juice and seasonings. Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until tender for 45 minutes. (Raisins can also be added to this recipe).
