PORK CHOP SKILLET 
4 pork chops
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
2 med. onions, sliced
3 beef bouillon cubes
3/4 c. hot water

Brown chops in hot oil. Combine cheese and pepper. Leaving chops in skillet, sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese mixture over chops. Layer potatoes over cheese. Sprinkle 2 more tablespoons of cheese mixture on potatoes. Add sliced onion. Dissolve bouillon in water and pour over all. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
