PORK CHOPS & CHICKEN NOODLE IN
SKILLET
 
Pork chops
1 can chicken noodle soup
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 can water

Brown pork chops in butter. Remove chops. Add flour and mix well with soup. Add water and simmer until thickens. Lay chops in sauce. Cover skillet and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Cook over low heat and stir often to prevent scorching. Remove chops and place separately on plate. Serve gravy over mashed potatoes.
