PORK CHOP DINNER IN A SKILLET 
4 pork chops
2 onions, peeled and quartered
4 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In a medium sized skillet brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon hot oil over medium heat. Add onions, potatoes and green pepper.

Mix together ketchup, water, wine, and lemon juice. Pour this mixture over vegetables and meat. Cover and cook over low heat 30-35 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Note: Sliced carrots can also be added.
