SZEGEDINER GOULASH 
Cubed stew
Sliced onions
Canned tomatoes, stewed
Canned sauerkraut
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
1/4 qt. water
1 c. sour cream

Use equal amounts of first 4 ingredients. Brown meat in oil and add sliced onions and tomatoes. Add water or stock and cook on small flame until done. Sauerkraut is added after browning of meat. Serve with rice.
