SERGENTINAS GOULASH 
2 to 2 1/2 lb. London broil, cubed
1 lb. sauerkraut
5 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cubes beef bouillon
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 c. water
Mashed or boiled potatoes or potato dumplings

Season meat to suit taste. In large fry pan, saute onion in oil about 3-4 minutes. Add meat and cook until brown. Add 1 cup water and the beef bouillon cubes. Cover and simmer about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sauerkraut to beef, simmer another 5 minutes, stirring often, until sauerkraut is brown. Pour over potatoes.
