SAUCY SAUSAGE SKILLET 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 med. onion, coarsely chopped
1 (14 1/2 to 16 oz.) can tomatoes in juice
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 beef flavor bouillon cube
1 lg. zucchini, cubed
6 oz. Mueller's Twist Trio, cooked and drained
Chopped parsley

In large skillet saute sausage and garlic over medium-high heat about 10 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned. Add mushrooms and onion; saute 3-4 minutes. Stir in tomatoes with juice, basil, oregano and bouillon cube.

Bring to a boil, stirring to break up tomatoes. Stir in zucchini. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender-crisp. Serve over twists. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4-6 servings.
