SAUSAGE, PEPPER, POTATO SKILLET | |
1 lb. Italian style sausage, cut into 1 inch chunks 1 med. onion, cut into 1 inch chunks 1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks 3/4 c. water 1 red pepper, cut into 1 inch chunks (or use 2 green) 4 med. potatoes, peeled, cut into 3/4 inch chunks 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper In large skillet, brown sausage on all sides. Drain off drippings. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat and heat 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are fork tender. Serves 4. 680 calories per serving. |
