SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS 
1 pkg. sm. sausage links
1/2 lb. rotini (corkscrew pasta)
1 lg. red pepper, cut into long slivers
1/2 green pepper, cut into long slivers
1/2 onion, cut into long slivers
30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

Cook rotini according to box directions and drain. Meanwhile, fry sausage in skillet, cutting into small pieces to lessen cooking time. Drain fat and fry peppers and onions in same pan. Serve sausage and vegetables over pasta, top with heated spaghetti sauce.
