SAUSAGE - KRAUT SKILLET 
1 med. potato, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut
6 oz. fully cooked smoked turkey sausage links
1/4 c. beer
1 tbsp. brown mustard
Snipped parsley

Combine potatoes, carrot, onion, garlic, and 1/4 cup water in a medium skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.

Rinse sauerkraut; drain well. Cut sausage in half lengthwise; slice 1/2 inch thick. Add sauerkraut, sausage, beer, and mustard to skillet. Cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 2.
