SMOKED SAUSAGE SKILLET 
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into chunks
3/4 c. rice, raw
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. cheese, grated

Combine sausage with rice, soup, water and butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in peas. Sprinkle with cheese. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.

Delicious! And so quick! I used a whole pack of sausage, one cup of rice (and one cup water), no butter, half bag of peas, and Monterey jack/cheddar cheese mix. So good! Will definitely be making this again soon =)
