SAUSAGE, PEPPER AND POTATO
SKILLET
 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 med. onion, 1 inch cuts
2 green peppers, 1 inch cuts
4 med. potatoes, 3/4 inch cuts
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

In large skillet, brown sausage on all sides. Drain off drippings; add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer over low heat about 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
