POTATO SOUFFLE 
3 c. fresh mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine above ingredients and pour into baking dish. Cover with topping and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. nuts

Mix together.
