SCALLOPED TOMATOES 
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
No. 2 1/2 can tomatoes
3 slices stale or toasted bread
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Put celery, onion and butter in a sauce pan and saute. Add flour before removing onions and celery from pan. Put the rest of ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Add celery and onions. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 20 more minutes.
