HAM ROLL-UPS WITH CANTALOUPE
WEDGES
 
4 thin slices fully cooked smoked ham or 4 slices bologna
1 sm. cantaloupe
Wooden picks
Sharp knife
Spoon

Roll up each slice of ham as tightly as you can. Fasten with wooden picks. Cut the cantaloupe into 4 wedges. Scoop out the seeds. Serve a ham roll with each melon wedge.
