GREEN BEAN-CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
4 oz. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all above ingredients and put in flat casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 box cheese crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
2 1/4 oz. slivered almonds (optional)

Melt butter, add crackers and almonds, mix until covered with butter. Spread on top of green beans, corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
