GREEN BEAN/CORN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. French green beans
1 lb. frozen white corn
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
1/2 box Ritz crackers

Let frozen corn thaw. mix all ingredients (except butter and crackers) and pour into a greased casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter and pour over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
