CHICKEN DELUXE 
4 c. herb stuffing mix
1 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
4 c. diced chicken
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
Pepper to taste
Pimento, optional

Mix stuffing mix with melted butter. Press 1/2 of this in a 9x13 inch cake pan. Combine soups, evaporated milk, onion, pepper, chicken, pimento and peas. Pour over stuffing mixture and top with the other 1/2 of mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
