WARM BUTTERSCOTCH TOPPING 
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. light syrup
3 tbsp. butter

Combine the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boiling point (stirring constantly). Reduce the heat and simmer 2-3 minutes more. Let cool slightly and spoon over ice cream. Makes about 1 cup.
