PECAN OR WALNUT BUTTER BALLS 
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
2 c. grated walnuts or finely chopped pecans
1 tsp. almond flavoring

Mix well with the fingers and roll in small balls. Bake in a 350 degree oven until slightly brown. Roll in powdered sugar.
