ONE DISH PORK CHOP DINNER 
4 pork chops
4 cups frozen hash browns
1 small bag frozen peas & carrots
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
1 can water (use empty soup can)
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown pork chops in skillet season with salt and pepper. Apply non-stick cooking spray (Pam) to a 9-inch square baking dish.

Pour frozen hash browns into dish, spread evenly. Next top hash browns with frozen vegetables. Top vegetables with browned chops. Mix soup with 1 can full of water until well blended. Pour over chops. Sprinkle pepper on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
