OPULENT OYSTERS 
2 (12 oz.) cans shucked oysters, fresh or frozen
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
1/4 c. light cream
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Thaw frozen oysters. Drain oysters. Spread 3/4 cup of onions in a well-greased round baking dish, 8x2 inches. Cover with the oysters. Pour cream over oysters. Combine remaining onion and cheese. Sprinkle over top. Dot with butter. Bake in a very hot 450 degree oven, for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
