ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger, browned
2 1/2 c. sliced zucchini
Cheese (any kind)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 carton (1 c.) sour cream

Brown and drain hamburger and put all of this in layers. If zucchini is small, don't peel. Use any kind of cheese, just dab it around. Mix the sour cream and soup together; put sauce on bottom, then zucchini, cheese, bread crumbs, and hamburger. Start again until it is all used up. End up with the sauce. Don't forget to grease the casserole dish! Bake in a 350 degree oven until brown, about 40 minutes covered.
