ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 box chicken flavored rice
1 can marinated artichoke hearts, drained
Chopped green olives, to taste
Chopped green onions, to taste
1/2-1 c. real mayonnaise

Cook rice according to directions, omitting butter. Chill. To the rice, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve chilled. (Goes great with bar-b- que instead of potato salad.)
