PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. country style pork ribs or thick pork chops
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 c. sour cream
Parsley flakes
3/4 bag frozen dinner fries, (lg. French fries)
1 can French cut green beans, drained

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle pork with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. In large skillet, brown pork, leaving drippings in skillet. In same skillet, over low heat, stirring constantly. Heat undiluted soup, mushrooms, sour cream and parsley. Do not boil. Place frozen dinner fries in shallow casserole; top with beans; pour on hot cream sauce and top with pork. Cover and bake 45 to 60 minutes, depending upon thickness of pork. Yield: 6 servings.
