STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE 
1 lg. pkg. cherry Jello
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 lg. or 2 sm. angel food cakes
1 bowl non-dairy whipped topping or whipped cream
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water

Mix 2 cups boiling hot water into Jello, then add 1 cup cold water. Then add frozen strawberries. Place in refrigerator until it gets to jelly stage. Break up cake in small pieces. Put layer of cake in bowl then spread Jello mixture over cake. Repeat this until ingredients are all gone. Place back in refrigerator until set. Ice with whipped topping.
