SOMBRERO SPREAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. hot catsup
3-10 tsp. chili powder (to taste)
1 tbsp. salt
1 can kidney beans with liquid
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped olives

Brown meat and onion until done. Drain any excess oil. Stir in catsup, chili powder and salt. Make a well and mash kidney beans with liquid. Stir all together and heat. Pour mix into casserole dish, garnish with cheese, onion and olives. Place in hot oven just long enough to melt cheese. Serve with large Fritos.
