VINEGAR PIE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. broken pecan pieces

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat. Add vinegar, vanilla, and nuts. Beat well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
