4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together thoroughly the flour, shortening, salt, baking powder, and sugar. In a small bowl mix together the cold water, egg, and vinegar. Add to the flour mixture. Makes 3-4 single crust.
