1 sm. pkg. vegetable Jello (or lemon)
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. vinegar
6 ice cubes
3 green onion tops, chopped
1 pimento, diced fine
1 c. sauerkraut, cut up fine

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill until firm.
