PENNSYLVANIA SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 jar sauerkraut
1 med. green pepper
1 med. red pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. chopped onion
Pimientos
1/4 c. vinegar - cider
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Combine and boil vinegar and sugar. Add oil and mix well. Add vegetables and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold!
