CAROL'S SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 lg. jar sauerkraut (1 qt.)
1 green pepper, cut fine
1 c. celery, cut fine
2 sm. onions, cut fine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. cold water

Mix and chill overnight. Keeps up to 3 weeks in refrigerator.
