SAUERKRAUT - CARROT SALAD 
1 (14 to 16 oz.) can or pkg. sauerkraut, lightly drained
1 c. shredded carrot
1 sm. rib celery, sliced thin
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. sugar
Italian dressing

Mix well all ingredients; cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Makes 4 servings.
