1 lg. can sauerkraut, pour off liquid
1 sm. onion, diced
1 sm. jar pimiento, diced
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced

Mix all ingredients together.

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil

Mix together oil and sugar and pour over salad and marinate overnight. Serves 6 to 8.
