SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can sauerkraut (squeeze out juice, then fluff up)
1 c. chopped celery
2 onions, chopped
1 pepper, chopped

Heat sugar and vinegar until boiling. Mix vegetables together. Pour vinegar and sugar mixture over vegetables. Mix thoroughly.
